Erlly comes from Kg, Lapasan Ulu, Tenghilan. After finishing secondary school, he expanded his skills and knowledge in domestic air-conditioning and worked with Panasonic Appliances Air-Conditioning Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. (PAPAMY) for a year. He hopes that the further expansion of the Padi Projek will be able to attract the interest of the youth. Erlly's hobbies include fishing and love extreme sports.
