Romineshon Kumpil or Leton strongly believes that elephants came to his village, Kg. Bauto, because of the abundance of natural resources and due to their lack of food in the shrinking forests. He became unhappy upon hearing the news about elephants dying so often including in Telupid area. He wants a good solution to this problem, and as a start, he joined the Community Elephant Ranger Team under the Human Elephant Harmony project.
